Rental Spaces

The McCoy Center offers a variety of flexible spaces for any event:

Irving E. Schottenstein Theatre – Capacity: 786 seated

Mershad Hall – Capacity: 130 standing

Dance Studio – Capacity: 80 standing

Classroom – Capacity: 30 seated

Ellen and David Ryan Lobby – Capacity varies depending on type of function

Numbers listed are maximum capacity. Additional activities placed in the function space (bars, food or display tables, dance floor, head table, props, décor, etc.) will reduce the capacities shown.

Rental Fee Information

Rental rates for the McCoy Center depend on several factors – the space(s) used, the length of time used and whether the renting organization has a 501(c)(3) nonprofit certificate.

In addition, certain charges may be levied for services required and rendered by the McCoy Center staff, volunteers or contractors. Such charges may include, but may not be limited to, custodial, production personnel, equipment rental, box office services.

If you wish to receive information from the McCoy Center regarding rates and availability, please submit the Application for Temporary Use and a staff member will contact you.

Lost and Found

If you’ve attended an event at the McCoy Center and think you left something there, please contact the organization whose event you attended to retrieve your missing item.
